Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon order approval, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as set out below.

1. Digital products

• Before download: If you have not yet downloaded any file from your order, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After download: Once a file has been downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled and is not refundable, except in the cases below.
• Defective files: If a file is corrupted, mislabelled, or materially different from its description, we will replace it or refund it in full.

2. TWINZ AI credits

AI generations are computed in real time and consumed on use; once a generation is produced it cannot be refunded. We will investigate refunds where a technical fault prevented delivery.

3. Consultation services

Consultation deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Any remaining unbilled portion of a project may be refunded if cancellation is requested in writing.
